Neil and I found Nicola to be extremely professional and accommodating when dealing with us. Nicola was due to have the day off work one day, however Nicola was still able to accommodate Neil to view the property as he was only in Yeppoon for a couple of hours that particular day. In our dealings with Nicola we both feel that she is an asset to any organisation, as she goes above and beyond what is required of her.
