Clean out all the clutter

We all love our family portraits hanging on the wall however when it comes time to sell your home it is best to put away these photos and replace them with more neutral paintings or wall hangings. Plus it is always a good measure for your personal privacy to remove family photos.
Tidy the garden

Fix any holes, doors that don’t shut property, lights, fans, air conditioners, windows and alike before you start having prospective buyers walk through your home. Each one of these faults that they see will make them think twice about your property. Remove and treat pests
Do you have any unwanted creepy crawlies at your home? The biggest cause for contracts to fall over is termites.
